If I could give Alex 10 stars I would! I had an absolute emergency (cat pee on the seat). And from the time the accident happened to Tinneys Auto Spa cleaning the seat was under 30 minutes. Alex knew right away that we could not let that sit, and told me to come in as soon as I could. He had me message him the following day to inform him of the smell, and since it still smelled I brought it in for a second shampoo of the seat, and a third later that second day. 0 hesitation to getting this sorted, and he did in fact get the smell out ! Thank you so much Alex! Literal life saver. 20/10 emergency services !
